If you are a SELLER, you’ll want to know what sort of marketing we will do for your home.  Your home will be listed in every edition of the Fulton Sun Homebuyer’s Guide, the first place local people look for properties.  Since we are so close to the Columbia area, we also advertise in the Columbia Real Estate Book, which is distributed in 350 locations throughout the mid-Missouri area, and is available nationwide to buyers who may be relocating to this area.  In addition, we do LOTS of Internet advertising.  So many buyers now are starting their home search on the Internet.  It’s a form of advertising that is available to buyers 24/7.  We will advertise your home on literally hundreds of real estate websites, ranging from Realtor.com, to LandsofAmerica.com, to HGTV.com.  In addition, through cooperative agreements with most of the larger franchise real estate companies, you will find our listings on most of the “name brand” real estate websites.  We are a small company, but our marketing presence is LARGE.
